A real example

• Net savings: $16,000 − $149 = $15,851/month
• ROI: ($15,851 ÷ $149) × 100 = 10,638%

Even at a conservative 50% resolution rate, that's $9,851/month net savings and a 6,611% ROI.

What to track beyond the numbers
